Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) seeks a Research Associate – Transparency, Accountability and Anti-Corruption (Kampala, Uganda)
Innovations for Poverty Action seeks a qualified Research Associate to monitor the implementation of the Transparency, Accountability and Anti-Corruption (TAAC) component of the NUSAF2 program in northern Uganda, carry out qualitative follow-ups with participants, and support the survey design for the endline survey.The goal of the work is to observe the quality of program implementation to ensure the program is meeting the goals and that the program is impacting individuals according to the theory of change. The Principal Investigator for this project is Nathan Fiala (University of Connecticut).
The position, while officially based in Kampala, is evaluating a program in northern Uganda as part of a larger post-conflict reconstruction program. Those that are interested in governance, accountability, anti-corruption or post-conflict reconstruction are encouraged to apply.
